Day 39. (6/17/12) to  Murdo, SD

We went through a swarm of grasshoppers. Most were bouncing off of us, but this one went for a ride for about five minutes on Mari's front saddle bag.  Loafer.

Bee hive boxes.  We biked through a swarm of bees earlier and Terry was stung in the face.  Mari didn't notice being stung, but had itchy welts down by the top of her socks that night.  Bees?

Terry keeps striking out on getting something cool to drink.  Lots of little towns had places that were closed or out of business.
